Chinese Calligraphy Enter your Chinese text here and our tool will create a calligraphy for you. Chinese Word: Size: 10 12 14 16 20 24 26 30 34 36 40 44 48 52 56 60 64 68 72 76 80 84 88 92 96 100 104 108 112 116 120 Disposition: horizontal vertical. The pinyin will appear in the right-upper box. In the right-lower box, the tool will propose a list of character corresponding to the pinyin. If the first character proposed is the one you intend to write, just press the 'space' bar. The character will be displayed in the left editor box.

Tegaki on Mac OS X requires Intel processors. In addition, it requires that X11 is installed on your system. If that is not the case yet, you may install it from the MacOS X install disc (it is located in System/Installation/Packages/X11User.pkg) or from Apple's website.

Models
Chinese Character Writing software, free download
Handwriting models are not included in the software, they must be downloaded separately.
.model and .meta files can be placed in the following folder:
- on Windows: C:Program Filestegaki-recognizemodels[engine-name]
- on Mac OS X: /Users/[your-user-name]/Library/Application Support/tegaki/models/[engine-name]/
- on UNIX: /usr/share/tegaki/models/[engine-name]/
For example, on Windows, models for zinnia can be placed in C:Program Filestegaki-recognizemodelszinnia.
